It has been a long time since I wrote about eCommerce; whether to build it or buy it. There are some websites that seem to hit the market just right and grow from no traffic to millions of pageviews per month in under one year. Web farms turn out dozens of new websites per day. These website are highly optimized. Think if it as websites on steroids!
