At that time the owner was manufacturing the furniture in his facility in the US. The owner had one full time upholsterer and a part time carpenter. However, he was planning to move manufacturing to China. In reviewing the information below it appears there are now no employees. In reading the write-up below it seems he, or the last buyer, did move manufacturing to China.
In 2005 sales were almost $200,000; with SDE (seller’s discretionary earnings) of nearly $100,000. The asking price was $325,000. When you review the current information you will discover that perhaps not all things made in China make money online! The former advantage of the kid furniture orders was hundreds of custom fabrics and a 48 hour turnaround to shipping the finished product.
