Fully integrated online video website featuring unique patent pending technology for selling advertising next to user generated content. All website code for main site and administrative site included in sale. Seller will stay on and go through all aspects of the website for one month following sale. In late 2006 the owners came up with this online video advertising concept based on the popularity of video sites such as YouTube. Many of their close friends were receiving the same YouTube videos via email, and they thought that there was an advertising piece that was missing.
So they built this site with the vision of driving ad revenue to content providers and also provide enough spaces and time for our company advertisements to be placed or sold to advertising buyers/agencies.
The site launched in November 2007. Management believes that the advertising functionality that we have built, that has the provisional patent pending, could be very lucrative. There are hundreds of online video websites, many with no advertising next to their content.
The site is fully operating, with assets only in the website code and provisional patent on the revenue generation model. Management believes that with the right buyer, an entrepreneur, this online advertising advertising website could compete with the larger online video sites on the market today. |
